Formerly of the Ministry of Agriculture and Jamaica Livestock, Joan’s wisdom and drive continue to inspire our mission of wellness rooted in authenticity and heritage.

Sue – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Sue is the heartbeat of Joan GLOW—your consummate love bug, loved by everyone she meets and bringing warmth and connection wherever she goes. With a background and career rooted in hospitality, she naturally chose a path of service, care and excellence. Her passion ensures that our brand delivers not just quality, but an unforgettable customer experience filled with love.

Mario – Managing Director

Mario is a creative thinker and problem solver, grounded in a communal upbringing and years of customer service experience. A food safety and HACCP-trained professional, he is dedicated to ensuring quality is the hallmark of every Joan GLOW product.
